Occasionally I will remind myself of the variations out there regarding the Celtic Cross, and adjust my view of it according to how I'm currently feeling.

This is my present version.

Since I mentioned a new spread, I think it's worth mentioning one I created a while back which has stood me in good stead for many readings since - the Tarot Source Spread.

This is based on the four suits and is very useful for gaining an indepth general view of the querent and their approach to life / the situation in question.

Let me know what you think!

For fun, why not check out what tarot card you are (major arcana only)?

This is a little more indepth than the usual couple of questions.

Today I was exploring a new spread with the Pearls of Wisdom deck. I found that this deck resonates with me and it will be a new reading deck. I connect with the wisdom of the card symbols and the runes that appear on most of the cards. The illustrator created the cards in a therapeutic way and they have a richness in meaning that is seen in the richness of the designs.

The Tarot Source Collection now numbers over 230 decks, so most are not reading decks - it is always wonderful to find one that is. Many thanks to the dear friend who gave me these pearls of wisdom.
